Charity + Chris’s Surprise Engagement

What Charity thought was going to be a sweet couples session turned into a moment she will remember forever! 💍🤍

Chris had something much bigger planned… a surprise proposal! He wanted every detail to feel extra special and completely personal to Charity, so Aunt Pat designed a gorgeous backdrop tailored to everything she loves, creating the perfect setting for Chris to ask the most important question.

And, of course, she said YES!

There was so much love between these two and so many sweet moments to capture. From the excitement of that first “yes,” to laughter, dancing, lots of hugs and kisses, and simply soaking in the beginning of this beautiful new chapter together—it was such a special evening!

Chris and Charity also made wishes on a keepsake starfish ornament that they’ll hang on their very first Christmas tree together. And to end the evening, Aunt Pat gifted them a keepsake jar filled with sand and shells from Johnson’s Beach—a little piece of the place where their forever officially began.

The Boone family’s beach session turned into a night they will never forget! 🤍💍

Sweet Arianna thought she was simply enjoying family photos on the beach, but Brock had a very special surprise planned! She was completely surprised when he got down on one knee and asked her to spend forever with him.

What started as a beautiful evening with family turned into one of the most special nights of Arianna’s life, and we were so honored to capture every bit of the surprise, excitement, and love!

Sandy and Kevin’s 50th Anniversary

What an incredible honor it was to capture Sandy & Kevin as they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at beautiful Johnson’s Beach!

Every detail of their session had such a special meaning. Sandy & Kevin had beautiful new rings made especially to celebrate their 50 years of marriage, a symbol of five decades of love, commitment, memories, and a life built together.

And Sandy’s gorgeous green dress held a sweet story of its own. She chose green because that’s the color she was wearing the very first time she and Kevin met all those years ago! How precious is that?!

Of course, Aunt Pat helped make their celebration even more personal with a special 50th anniversary sign created just for them.

Fifty years together is something truly worth celebrating, and we loved getting to capture this beautiful milestone for Sandy & Kevin. From the meaningful little details to the love they still so clearly share, their evening was a beautiful reminder of just how special a lifetime of love can be.

Happy 50th Anniversary, Sandy & Kevin! Here’s to the beautiful memories you’ve made over the past five decades and all those still to come!

Matt planned the sweetest surprise proposal on the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key, and Emily’s reaction says it all! The pure joy, excitement, and love between these two was absolutely precious to capture.

Abbie + Samuel’s Surprise Engagement

Some moments are so beautifully unexpected that they become memories treasured for a lifetime.

Abbie thought she and Samuel were simply ending a wonderful evening together with a walk on the beach after dinner. She had no idea that Samuel had something much bigger planned.

As they made their way through the soft white sand, Samuel dropped to one knee and completely surprised the love of his life. The look on Abbie’s face was one of pure surprise, excitement, and joy as she realized this was the moment she would remember forever.

After she said “yes,” we spent the rest of the evening capturing the excitement of their very first moments as an engaged couple, with the beautiful Gulf Coast providing the perfect backdrop for this unforgettable chapter in their story.

A Surprise Engagement Filled with Showers of Blessings | Sunnie + Kyle

Some moments are so perfectly orchestrated that you know they couldn’t have been planned by anyone but God.

Sunnie arrived at Johnson’s Beach believing she was simply celebrating her 30th birthday with a beach photo session. She had no idea that Kyle had something much bigger in mind.

As we arrived, dark clouds rolled in and the rain began to fall. For a few moments, we wondered if the proposal would have to be postponed. But sometimes the greatest blessings come after a little waiting.

We delayed the session just long enough for the rain to pass, and before long the skies began to clear. As we casually walked toward what Sunnie thought was just another photo location, she still hadn’t realized that the beautiful setup waiting ahead was actually for her.

Then came the moment.

Kyle dropped to one knee, asked the question he had been waiting to ask, and Sunnie said “YES!”

As if the moment wasn’t already magical enough, a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky directly behind them a breathtaking reminder that even after the storms, God’s promises remain faithful. It truly felt like showers of blessings had been poured out over the beginning of their next chapter together. As the rainbow faded and the sky turned into a gorgeous pink, yellow sunset, their beginning was just starting.

From joyful tears to nonstop smiles, every moment was filled with excitement, laughter, and overwhelming love. We are so honored that Kyle trusted the Lashes & Lenses Photography team to help plan and capture such an unforgettable surprise for Sunnie.

Sunnie and Kyle, congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for allowing us to witness one of the most important moments of your lives. We are praying that your marriage is filled with as much joy, hope, and beauty as this incredible evening.

Eva & Ryan’s Anniversary Beach Session

Some love stories deserve more than just one day to celebrate them.

Eva and Ryan wanted to mark this chapter of their marriage with an evening full of laughter, adventure, and fun memories they’ll never forget. Eva found the perfect gown just for this special session, and together they embraced the beauty of the beach, the crashing waves, and the joy of simply being together.

One of our favorite moments was watching Ryan chase after Eva as she ran in the sand both of them laughing like newlyweds all over again. From playful splashes in the surf to sweet quiet moments between the waves, their love and connection shined through every second of the evening.

There was so much fun, love, and genuine joy in the air. These two reminded us that marriage isn’t just about the wedding day, it’s about continuing to choose each other, creating new adventures, and making memories together along the way.

Sarah & Parker’s surprise engagement at Johnson’s Beach was one for the books! Sarah arrived thinking she was coming to the beach for a friend’s photo session, completely unaware that Parker was about to ask one of the most important questions of his life. As sunset arrived, he got down on one knee and surprised her with a beautiful proposal.

Just when Sarah thought the surprises were over, family members who had traveled from out of state appeared to celebrate the exciting news. Watching the joy, tears, hugs, and laughter unfold was such an honor. We are so grateful we got to capture these precious memories and celebrate alongside these two as they begin this exciting new chapter together. Sarah and Parker made memories that beautiful summer evening that they will all cherish for a lifetime! Congratulations, Sarah & Parker!

What a joy it was to capture one of the most exciting moments of Maddie and Matthew’s story together! Matthew planned the sweetest surprise proposal, and Maddie’s reaction was absolutely priceless. Watching the moment she said “yes” was something none of us will soon forget.
