It’s always such a joy for me when I get to spend the evening with the dear Billingsley family! Their precious little girl is every beat of their hearts! She had so much fun swinging in the air and making her wish upon her starfish and twirling with Daddy! There was so much love, giggles and tons of fun was had! They all made memories on that warm summer evening that they will treasure for generations to come!
